All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 firs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811 i- <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />5. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm Manual <br />3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector <br />(Randy Allen, 425-339-7403) to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning the project. <br />7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erosion blankets. <br />8. Remove erosion control measures upon co,.;,,letion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />9. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />10.
