The site is on East Drive in Everett as <br />shown on the Vicinity Map in Figure I. <br />The scope of our services included the following <br />1. Review geologic maps of the area and information in our files. <br />2. Perform a walk-through inspection of existing geotechnical and relative stability <br />conditions at the site, including steep slopes. <br />3. Provide recommendations for stripping and grading, building setbacks from steep slopes, <br />foundation placement and earthwork. <br />4. Prepare a written geotechnical report documenting our findings, opinions and <br />recommendations for the planned construction as applicable to this project. <br />
