4. <br />:'� <br />� <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewe� per Cily Standard #'s 601, 602, G04. <br />7. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' lony. See <br />- attachment for more detaiis. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspeclor to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion con;rol measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, s�vales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material frorn fou��dation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />'�; <br />17. <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everztt Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18.
