Kaddas and ga[ve her a report on the readin7a taken and told her It'elt she had ideal condlttons and that her problem was not due to lota voltage na ahe hc�d belloved. I also told her I contacted a rellAble T V service man vrho ha�;nens to be R personal friend, an3 aslced what limits of voltage the color tubea would withstand before they encountc�red tube burn outs. He sald low voltago hnd no effoct on tube life and they would withst�znd 13$ volts although there is nore danEer of shorting the elements withln the tube. He also queationed �+rhether tlze flrat oeplacement mny have been a re—built rather thal a ne�n tube.
