'fie City determined that the subdivision alteration will <br /> not have any adverse impact on these public systems. Zhe City submitted that the Plat of Crestwood is subject to restrictive <br /> crovenants which aze filed with the Coimty Auditor. No agreement signed <br /> by all pnrties subject to the covenants was submitted to the requested <br /> subdivision alteration. (staff report) <br /> 25. 'lfie City recamnended approval of the subdivision alteration for the <br /> extinguishment of the 15' wide egress/ingress ease�nent subject to the <br /> condition as follows: <br /> �e Applicant shall suhnit a revised drawinq of the <br /> approved alteration of the fi.nal plat for approval by <br /> the City of EWerett, and upon such approval said <br /> drawing shall be recorded with the County Auditor and <br /> so become the lawful plat of the property. <br /> ' - . <br /> i <br />
