Proiect Location <br /> 1625 Edgemoor Lane <br /> Everelt, WA <br /> Proicct Description <br /> A landshde has occurred near the top of the slope behind lhis single family residence. This pro�ect wili <br /> involve stabiGzing the existing slope in the area of the landslide. The site slopes down to the south east <br /> behind the existing house near the t�p of Ihe slope. A geotechnical report has been provided fcr our use. <br /> The geotechnical engineer has recommended installiny a retaining wall near the top of the slope. The <br /> retaining wall will extend beyond the shde and vrill be constructed using small steel piles and timber <br /> lagging. Tiebacks will be required to resist the lateral soil loads. <br /> Scoae of Work <br /> CG Engineering will provide structural design of a small d�ameter pile retaining wall in lhe area of the <br /> recent slide.
