The rooftop drains are apparently connected and discharging into a
mall area located in the southwest corner of the lot. During heavy rains,
the hole fills and overflows onto the abutting properties. The situatiol must
be corrected.
If you chc+ose to tightline the dtains into a drywell, submit a drywell plan
with storage calculations to the City of Everett for approval.
If you decide to tightline to a storm drain system (private or public) , submit
a plan to the City of Everett for approval. There is an existing utility
easement on Lot 38 and a storm drainage easement on Lot 37 which can be used
to tightline the storm water to Edgemoor Lane below the slope.
TY.a grade of your lot slopes to the southwest corner which contributes to the
drainage problem. The overland runoff should be calculated wheti sizing the
drywell or the storm system.
The final inspections for 1710 Edgemoor Lane will not be completed until this
drainage problem is resolved.
If I can be of assistance, please contact me at 259-&810.
Sincerely,
Ci'`.."' — l//v
ALAN E.
