We attempted dye testing twice at 1012 Edwards and have asked the tenants to flush dye <br /> down toilets and we did not no[ice flow in the main. The house at 1012 Edwards did have plumbing done in a remodel <br /> in the 90's bui may not have had a plumbing inspection. We also suspect that 1012 once had a septic tank in the back <br /> yard. We also observed the sewers at 1014 Edwards and they appear to be functioning okay. <br /> At this time it appears sewage is going downhill irum 3012 to the east to 1014 and is causing a potential health and <br /> sanitation issue for Mr. Handiside. <br /> 7hank you, please let me know if we can do anytiiing else. <br /> Mark <br /> r <br /> � <br /> � � � � � <br />
