He is the principal of the LLC that owns the house. Windermere Property Management handles the property for him. He was totally unaware of tlie situation and he reacted very appropriately. He will contact WPM and obtain a contact name and number and will make arrangements to relocate the tenant to new housing ASAP. He hopes that WPM will handle the contractor details, but he will step in if necessary. I told him that he could deal with me directly through Friday PM, but that I will be on vacation next week and that he could contact either Ted or Randy for follow-up.
