Windermere Property Management handles the property for him. He was totally unaware of the situation and he reacted very appropriately. He will contact WPM and obtain a contact name and number and will make arrangeme�ts to relocate the tenant to new housing ASAP. He hopes that WPM will handle the contractor details, but he will step in if necessary. I told him that he could deal with me directiy through Friday PM, but that I will be on vacation next week and that he could contact either Ted or Randy for follow-up. I posted this property with an Unfit for Human Occupancy placard this PM. due to the sewer being discharged into the yard area. The violations are IPMC. Section 506.1 "all plumbing fixtures shall be properly connected to either a public sewer system or to an approved private sewage disposal system."
