After extensive diagnostics and with the cooperation of home owners @ 1014, 1010 and 902 I was able to determine thru dye testing that 902 w;,s the cause. The Mgt co.Windermere Everett for 1012 as well as the tenant stated that nobody had dye tested their residence,( did not confirm with city officials) and they were frustrated not knowing where or who to turn and that the tenant had decided to move out due to this is also another reason why I had pursued with such conviction to prove or disprove what the city had concluded. I have attached an invoice for my time related to this. I cannot pretend that my time and effort didn't have value, so I have attached an invoice AND it is a no charge invoice. The City of Everett & Day& Nite Plumbing & Heating have a great working relationship and look forward to many more years.
