Ted Budden
From: David Lalonde <david@dayandnitenet.
Sent: Tuesday, May 20, 2014 4:27 PM
To: Ted Budden
Cc: Randy Atlen; Bruce Davis Sr, Presdel, Druce Davis lr, Gen '1ng, Sieve@DayandNite net
Subject: 1012 Edwards Ave Day & Nite Plumbing & HeaUng
Attachments: 1012 Edwards Ave City ofEverett Irnoice ttay 2014.pdi.pdf
i
Importance: High
Sensitivity: Confidential
Ted & Randy,
7hank you and your staff for responding to my call yesterday when I determined that the house located at 1012 Edwards
Ave was not responsible for the sewage spill onto 1014 Edwards Ave. I had originally got involved when my Journeyman
called me and stated that they had condemned/considered uninhabitable this address until the sewage issue was
resolved and that there was no way possible that the address was causing this.
After extensive diagnostics and with the cooperation of home owners @ 1014, 1010 and 902 I was able to determine
thru dye testing that 902 w;,s the cause.
The Mgt co.Windermere Everett for 1012 as well as the tenant stated that nobody had dye tested their residence,( did
not confirm with city officials) and they were frustrated not knowing where or who to turn and that the tenant had
decided to move out due to this is also another reason why I had pursued with such conviction to prove or disprove
what the city had concluded. I have attached an invoice for my time related to this. I cannot pretend that my time and
effort didn't have value, so I have attached an invoice AND it is a no charge invoice.
The City of Everett & Day& Nite Plumbing & Heating have a great working relationship and look forward to many more
years. If you have any further questions regarding the work, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
Respectfully,
Oavid Lalonde
David Lalondc
Assf.
