You will have to <br /> install a grir�der pumping system because of the elevation difference between the baseme�u of your <br /> house and the bottom of the manhole. Requirements for doing this are as follows: <br /> 1. Ob[ain an easement from the owner at 714 Edwards to install your sanitary side sewer. <br /> 2. Acquire a side-sewer connection permit which costs $70 and pay the City's sewer development <br /> fee of$814.00. Provide a copy of the easement when applying for your sewer permit. <br /> 3. Check with the Building Departrnent to see if an electrical perntit for the pump is required. <br /> 4. Make sure that the contractor to be hired is familiar with the City of E��erett requirements for <br /> pumping systems. <br /> 5. Have yout septic tank pumped and filled with dirt, sand, and have the top crushed. <br /> A copy of our sewer chart is attached for your reference.
