I noted that the property owner and his 2 adult sons were working on the building. They have taken the door out <br /> on the upper floor and replaced it with a new window. They are in the process of repairing the attached deck/covered <br /> porch without permits. I advised Hans Lesemann to cease construction work on the building and scheduie a meeting <br /> with the building department to explore his options. He is still undecided as to legalize the triplex or corvert the <br /> strucriue back ro a single family d�velling. I attached a picture of the repair work.
