And we will work with you <br /> 11 in tryinq to define short-term, if you will, somethinq <br /> 12 that would be -- that would work for your operation <br /> 13 and would also provide for the future need that we <br /> 14 anticipate. But I'm not prepared toniqht to tell you I <br /> 15 that that's five years, six years, seven years or your � <br /> 16 desira at ten years. But I think I can comfortably <br /> 17 tell you that we don't see a need, that we probably <br /> 18 would not have a problem with providing for a lease in <br /> 19 the neighborhood of five years.
