It doesn't <br /> 9 work that way. They trickle in as spaced out as the <br /> lp schedule would be. There�are busses leaving on a <br /> 11 twenty-minute or half-hour stagqered schedule. People <br /> 12 trickle in at that rate 20, 30, 40 cars at one time <br /> 1� and are not even there all at once, but it is kind of <br /> 14 a steady flow basis. Zt is not like 400 cars suddenly <br /> 15 aonverge on this area and 400 cars suddenly leave. Zt <br /> 16 doesn't work that way. <br /> 17 So, aqain looking at the way the site is set � <br /> 18 up, people coming from the south or the north will <br /> 1g enter this site and come in on the right side or <br /> 20 northbound as it wraps around here going itto the ParY. <br /> 21 and Ride.
