The Electrition yuu hired failed to obtain an <br /> Electrical permit as required� Section 9 oP Ordinance �`4118 <br /> for the City of Everett. Also there has been no inspection <br /> made as reyvired in Section 11 of the same Ordinance� before <br /> the installation �vas enerpized. The vrork cannot be accepted <br /> because other tenants in the buildin� are also bein� �u,00lied <br /> from the service panel of this occupancy. This is a violation <br /> of Section 230-70 of the P�ational Electric Gode wh9re each <br /> occupant of a multipal occupancy buildiny must have access to <br /> their ovm eervice disconnecting means. Any interruption of <br /> power on these circuits could not be resbred iF their <br /> business hours did not coincide with }rours. Also you would <br /> be paying for that portion of power otner tenants would ba <br /> using through your service panel. <br /> , 4Ye have since learrted the contractor yc+u hired has lost his <br /> Washington State wiring liscen:ze October 8� 1968. He there- <br /> i'ore is in violation of the Department of Labor and Industries <br /> Electrical Installations Law.
