As a result,wc�c«x�uea <br /> approximately 6-7,000 yards of this n�aterial at our yard in FasUnont to be rcadily available for scrccning <br /> and recycling. With the ongoing emphasis on waste roduction and recycling at the local,state and federal <br /> levels,this plan of action scemcd the most scnsible at thc time. Incidently,we later learned that the City <br /> of Everctt das nol xliow the sMup of a screcning plant within city limits. At this time we would like to <br /> requctt a temporary permit that would allow us to scrcen this material and possibly reca�pe some of our <br /> losses. <br /> Wc are considering all opUons availablc to expodite the timely disposal of this material.
