No hardship �vas indicated by the applicant. 2. The City Council has i.iatructed the drafting of a ne�v sign ordinance. (Resolution dated March 1971, num.ber 363 authorizing the City of Everett Planning Commission to recommend aoprooriate regulations for comprehensive control of all signs and sign structures within the City of Everett) . The Board is of the opinion it caould be inappropriate to grant any variance �ahile a new code is being considered.
