All signs erected for your <br /> � activity must be in compliance with the conditians set forth in <br /> � the Concomitant Agreement to Rezone Ordinanre No. 1275-86 , <br /> iattached. <br /> I I am, therefore, approving your request to operate a day care <br /> center in the Eastmont Shopping Center subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Total enrollment shall not exceed 150 children. <br /> 2. Compliance with DSHS regulations is required. <br /> 3 . A loading area must be identified by striping in front of the <br /> building. <br /> 4 . All vehicular access, formal and informal , to Merchant Way <br /> must be permanently closed per Rezone ordinance 1275-86 prior <br /> to occupancy of the building. <br /> 5 . A recr.eation area, approximately 29 by 50 feet in size shall <br /> be provided in the rear of the building. <br />
