He observed that the work differed from the reviewed and approved <br />construction plans. A copy of his report requesting submission of revised plans is enclosed <br />I am writing to remind you that unless there is fiuther action regarding this permit, it will expire on <br />July 13,1999, and the file will be sent to microfilm with no documented approval.
