Fleck, owner of the property, who wishes to <br /> sell the property as a busines�. <br /> Several alterations of the buildings on the property have <br /> been made without the issuance of required bui.lding permits <br /> and there are several Building Code violation3. <br /> Ms. Fleck was issued a Fire Marshal Order on December 8, <br /> 1982. That Order has not been complied with. Several Fire <br /> Code violation� still exist in the buildings. <br /> If Ms . Fleck wishes to scll the property as a single family <br /> f�1 residence, it can be done. However, the Buildinq Code <br /> violations should be corrected even in this lesser occupancy <br /> ' ' state. <br /> '�1 Tf Ms. Fleck wi�hes to sell the property as a business, <br /> ' proper Zoning Code procedure3 shall prevail in determini.ug <br /> '� 1 use factors for the type of business being offered or, the <br /> , 'Loning Code shall negate any business on the pr�party which <br /> '�' ��. � is 'Loned R-'L. � <br /> ��' �^ � In the event Ms. Fleck is granted, through the 'Loning Code, a . <br /> e Special Property Use permit, the buildings on the property .: <br /> ' � ' shall conform to all Fire Code and Building Code requirements <br /> �' - ; and regulations pertaining to such use of the buildinqs. � <br /> � � <br /> 1 i Until such a time as it is determined that the property is I <br /> sold as a sinqle family residence or a busineas, 1 recommend <br /> ' � � that the City hold in abeyance for a period oY �ix month�, <br /> the requirement of making Cha necessary changes to correct <br /> '� Building Code vtolations for a �ingle family residence. <br /> � ' <br />
