Fleck, owner of the property, who wishes to sell the property as a busines�. Several alterations of the buildings on the property have been made without the issuance of required bui.lding permits and there are several Building Code violation3. Ms. Fleck was issued a Fire Marshal Order on December 8, 1982. That Order has not been complied with. Several Fire Code violation� still exist in the buildings. If Ms . Fleck wishes to scll the property as a single family f�1 residence, it can be done. However, the Buildinq Code violations should be corrected even in this lesser occupancy ' ' state.
