An inspection was conducted on Jan 21st. and ihe handrail on the <br /> steps leading to the downstairs portion of the uuit had been removed. Pursuant to Sec. <br /> 1006.9 of the Uniform Building Code requires that the handrail be in place. <br /> The exterior deck is showing signs of deterioration.
