The back eastem end of lhe properly, approaching Uie off-site slream, is forested. �orest cover is characterized b}' weslcrn rcd ccdar, rcd alder and wcslcrn hemlock. Thc understory is dominatcd by rcd elderbcrry and salmonbcrry mixed with I limalayan blackbcrry. Lady fern and Uuttercup form the groundcover.Trace bindweed and Iocally dominant patches of Gnglish ivy am also presenL Nu weNand areas �vcrc obscrvrd along thc �vcst bank, which is sevcral fcrt highcr than the stream channcl. According to Snohomish County GIS maps this tributary joins Pigeon Crcck �l, a fish- bearing strcam, approximalely 1 mile north of the subject property. Approaching Oic cunfluence the tribirtary cuts through o steep ravine ��here the slope e�ceeds 1G percent.
