If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of <br /> completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request inspeaions of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspeaions of the work that is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
