Our only concern is when completed, the <br /> Jacobsea house should not be higher in elevation, from sea level, than the present <br /> house to the Easb We request the opportunity to review building plans to show <br /> that any variance allowed would be compatible with our property. Our request is <br /> that we receive written assurance indicating no structure or landscaping will block <br /> our current view. We have paid considerable money to obtain and develop this <br /> property and view. We aze happy to accommodate others, to the best of our ability. <br /> Please be reminded that we are bound by height restrictions and covenants <br /> pertaining to our property.
