In June <br /> 1977 I was informed that I wouid be allowed water service and I now make <br /> this offer. <br /> 1. I offer to extend, by private contract and at no cost to the City, a 1% <br /> incli diameter water main irom the 4 inch diameter looped main in Holbrook <br /> Avenue, southward for a distance of approximately 170 linear feet to the <br /> alley entrance on Dover Street, and up the alley to the rear of my property. <br /> 2.
