<br /> 8. That Mrs, Jacobsen, her heirs, her successors and assigns will �
<br /> obtain credit for all c,orks carried out at her cost and relatir.g to
<br /> the 6 inch main extensions in Dover St, (but. not including service
<br /> connections in the alley from Dover St, to the proposed dwelling)
<br /> if and when an L.I,D, for water reticulation affecting �he subject
<br /> • property is approved and carried out, The maximum credit to be
<br /> allowed will be the su�nation of (a) the certified costs incurred
<br /> bY the City in cntting existing 4 inch main in Holbrook St, and
<br /> connectinq water valve; and (b) the certified length of 6 inch
<br /> main constructed in Dover St, by private contractor for Mrs,
<br /> Jacobsen multiplied by the actual cost per lineal foot for 6 inch
<br /> main as determined by the City Engineer from the record of act�Ya1
<br /> job costs for the L,I,D, The cost per lineal fool• shall include
<br /> excavation� bedding, backfilling, testitig, su�ervision, taxes, �
<br /> and overhead costs. The above mentioned credit shall provide for
<br /> payment by, or refund to, Firs. Jacobson, depending on the outcome o£
