Issue of a Building Permit on these lots would �e subject to all existing rndes and ordinances which would incorporate the following conditions: . 1. Water Supply - A temporary connection will be permitted from the temporary water line in Lhe alley supplying water to the premises at 2711 England Avenue. However, this line is to be discontinued and abandoned at such time as water con- nections are available from England Avenue.
