Sections <br />105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International Residential Code state <br />that permits become invalid if thc work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for <br />more than 180 days. Work under your permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrete continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiabie cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are performed. Please rnntact us by 7une 20, 2011 to schedule <br />inspections or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without <br />finai approvai. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiration.
