It is the property owner's responsibllity to regularly have all the catch basins <br /> iin the system deared of sediment, in particular the catch basin housing the flow <br /> I restrictor. If the restrictor becomes clogged, the detention system v;ill not function <br /> Iand the potential for flooding and for pollution of the recciv3ng waier body incrcases. I. <br /> ! The drainage system at the above address was recently inspected by City staff � <br /> members. Wz found that the restrictor catch basin neecls a routlne cleaning. The <br /> ' dlstance betwe�n tr,e catch basin floor and the restrictor plate is only one foot rather i <br /> � ihan the required two feet shown on the enclosed detaii. Frequent cleaning w111 be <br /> necessary to prevent the orifice becoroing clogged. <br /> This work must start within 30 days of your receipt of this letter.
