CITY O��TT-BOARD OF ADJUST� ORDER WHEREAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of Everett Building Division on (date) June 15, 1979 an application for a variance of Section No. 18.030 of Everett Municipal Code Chapter 19 by (applicant) Steven Brown �` (address) 2140 Halleck Ave. S.W. Seattle, Wash. 98116 for (specific variance requested) permission to construct a fourplex on 5,520 square feet of land area rather than the code requirement 6,000 square feet. Also: A request for a variance from Section 19.40.020 of the Everett Municipal Code Off Street Parking and be allowed to provide five (5) ten foot off street parking spaces rather than the code requirements of six (6) off street parking stalis. "A" lying East of the alley of Commercial Ave. Address: 2501 Euclid Ave. Zoning: R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence AND: WHEREAS, (date) July 2 , 1979 was fixed as the date of hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- ings that: The variance request meets all the requirements of Section 19. 70 .060 of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, & 4. NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings: BE Ii ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said application be GRANTED with the stipulation that there be bonding on a completion of the street improvements as per City requirements prior to the issuance of any building permit. AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant for their information.
