CITY O��TT-BOARD OF ADJUST� <br /> ORDER <br /> WHEREAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of <br /> Everett Building Division on (date) June 15, 1979 an <br /> application for a variance of Section No. 18.030 of Everett <br /> Municipal Code Chapter 19 by (applicant) Steven Brown �` <br /> (address) 2140 Halleck Ave. S.W. Seattle, Wash. 98116 <br /> for (specific variance requested) permission to <br /> construct a fourplex on 5,520 square feet of land area rather than <br /> the code requirement 6,000 square feet. <br /> Also: <br /> A request for a variance from Section 19.40.020 of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code Off Street Parking and be allowed to provide five <br /> (5) ten foot off street parking spaces rather than the code <br /> requirements of six (6) off street parking stalis. <br /> Lots 23 & 24, Block 12 Replat of that portion <br /> of Pinehurst Div. "A" lying East of the alley <br /> of Commercial Ave. <br /> Address: 2501 Euclid Ave. <br /> Zoning: R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence <br /> AND: WHEREAS, (date) July 2 , 1979 was fixed as the date <br /> of hearing on said application and proper notice having been given <br /> as required by law, <br /> AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the <br /> Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- <br /> ings that: <br /> The variance request meets all the requirements of Section 19. 70 .060 <br /> of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, & 4. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings: <br /> BE Ii ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said <br /> application be GRANTED with the stipulation that there be <br /> bonding on a completion of the street improvements as per City <br /> requirements prior to the issuance of any building permit. <br /> AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order <br /> be transmitted to the applicant for their information. <br /> DATE OF ACTION: July 2, 1979 <br /> If no building permit has been obtained within o:�e year from the <br /> date of this action this order is void. <br /> �i��.� .� 2� � �.
