This development was approved for building <br /> permits provided it met multiple family development standards. Induded in tnese <br /> standards was the requiremont to provide landscaping in compliance with Section 35 0,' <br /> the City of Everett Zoning Code. A landscape plan was approved by planning staff on <br /> June 24, 2002, and was included in the approved building pertnit. <br /> I performed a field visit of this site on March 26, 2003; at that time the code required <br /> landscaping had not been installed. Although final building partnits have been issued for <br /> each of the duplex structures, all zoning code standards must still be met, including <br /> landscape installation. <br /> Please contact me within one week of the date of this Ietter, outifning a timetable for the <br /> landscape installation.
