Any change of use or substantial teconfiguration of the downstairs space will tequire tnis <br /> pertnission to be reconsidered. This change is for the current use of the space as a casino. � <br /> i <br /> 2. The second and third floor fire doors from the elevator lobby to the interior must remain in the � <br /> closed position except when in actual �se. Violation of this requirement may result in revocation of � <br /> this right to remove the main Floor door and would require reinstallation of lhe door at the main <br /> floor. ' <br /> 3. An additional smoke detector, connected to the building's existing fire alarm system, must be <br /> installed in the main floor elevator lobby. Plans for this alreration must be submitted to Ihe Fire <br /> Marshal's Office within 90 days of receipt of this letter. The smoke detector must be installed <br /> within 120 days of receipt of this letter. <br /> Random inspections will be made to ensure compliance with the above conditions.
