Address: 1918 Everett Avenue Zoning: B-3 Central Business AND: j9HEREA5, (date) July 2, 1979 was fixed as the date nf hearing on said apulication and proper notice having been qiven as required by law, AND: WHEREAS, a public hearinq was held on said date and the Board o`_ Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- ings that: The variance request meets all the requirements of Section 19 . 70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2 , 3, & 4. NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoinq findings: BE IT ORD�R�D BY THE CITY OF EVERETT IIOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said application be GRANTED with the stipulation that the parking variance shall apply to the practice of Neurological Medicine by the four physicians know as "The Neurological Associates" . Said variance shall be limited to twelve (12) full time empl.oyees (Physicians & Staff) and void as a result of a sale or change in usuage. AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant for their information.
