�IENDEMENT �CITY OF EVERETT-BOARD OF �USTMENT <br /> ORDER <br /> WHERAS, theretofore, there was filed with the Cit}• of <br /> Everett Building Division on (date) May 22 , 1979 an <br /> application for a variance of Section No. 40 .020 of Everett <br /> Municipal Code Chapter 19 by (anplicant) Jack W. Greenleaf <br /> (address) 7614 E. Lowell Lari •.er Road, Snohomish, WA. 9P290 <br /> for (specific variance requeste:d) permission to <br /> convert an existing structure intc� a medical office facility with <br /> approximately 9,250 square feet of u5able area and provide eiqht (8) <br /> off street parking spaces rather than the code requirement of <br /> forty-six (46) off street parking stalls. <br /> On the following described property: <br /> Lots 9 , 10, & 11 replat of Block 628 , <br /> Plat of Everett. <br /> Address: 1918 Ever.tt Avenue <br /> Zoning: B-3 Central Business <br /> AND: IVHEREAS, (date) July 2, 1979 was fixed as the date <br /> of hearing on said application and pi•oper notice having been given <br /> as required by law, <br /> AND: SJHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the <br /> �oard of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- <br /> ings that: <br /> The variance request meets all the requirements of Section 19 .70. 060 <br /> of the Everett Municipai Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 , & 4 . <br /> NOW, TIiEREFORE, based on tl-ie foreqoinq findings : <br /> BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF �VERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said <br /> application be GRANTED with the stipulation that the parking <br /> variance shall apply to the applicant 's medical practice or other <br /> such professional office space use as would generate the same or less <br /> severe parking impacts. Said variancE shall be limited to twelve <br /> (12) fu11 time employees (Physicians and staff) .
