The site is zoned H-3, Central Susiness zone, which would allow this use. <br /> ,2. Access is proposed via the alley west of Lombard Avenue. Access, circulation and parkinq <br /> plans which include all abutting public right of way and show required improvements must <br /> be approved by the Public Works Department. Street improvements in conformance with the <br /> Public Works Department's Environmental Checklist comments are required. <br /> �3. Full canpliance with the Board .of Adjustment ruling on parking requirements is necessazy. <br /> 4. A drainage plan showing any change in the area of impervious surface must be approved <br /> by Public Works. <br /> 5.
