The new drive aisle for the drive-thru windows cannot be located within 100 feet of
properties zoned residential. As designed, lhis standard is not met. The proposed drive
aisle is located approximately 70 feet from the residential property to the north and 90
feet from the residential property to the west.
2. Similarly, the new and relocated menu boards need to be 100 feet from residentially
zoned properties. Show on the plans how this standard is met.
3. Since off-site parking is being used io meet the parking requirements (1 space per 100
s.f. building area), a parking covenant attached to the off-site propety is required.
Enclosed is a copy of the covenant agreement to be used.
4. Separate permils are required for signs.
If you have any questions, feel frea to call me at (425) 257-8737.
Sic r
/ -

John finerson
Senior Planner
cc: Building Department
CITY OF EVERcTT • 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A • Everett, WA 98201 • (325) 257•8731 • Fax (425) 257-F)742
