After coordinating the field dimensions with the survey it <br /> appears that the sign on the corner of Everett& Lombard meets the setback requirement for a 25'-0" tall sign. Based on <br /> my field measurements,the height from the base of the foundation to the bottom of the sign is 18'-6". The attached <br /> specification for the 7025 sign lists the height at 6'-3" for a total sign height of 24'-9". I have adjusted our sign <br /> application site plan to reflect these measurements.
