Most often the over head bay doors
are open. Work on the vehiclea takes place withoat the engines
runninq. The requirement for ventilation does not seem to need to
be mechanical. Every time a car comes in a bay door is opened, if
not already open. The air changes required per code will be
achieved by the open bay doors. If in cold weather the doora are
closed, every time one opens to allow a vehicle in the air change
will most likely be dchieved. If work ia being done and tha doors
are closed and they have to start the motor f.or aome reason, the
Owners can always use muffler hoses to divert he exhaust outaide.
Again this would eliminate the need for mechanical ventilation.
Sincerely,
PugetWest onsuction
`\_e% _
/'
Mike Krautkre r
Project Manager
cc.
