That said conditions found were as follows : The above described building at 2215 Everett Avenue is a one and one-half story building with a dried and rotting cedar shingle roof, wood frame construction with siding torn off in several places and exposed lath in places on the interior. The bui.lding is accessible to acts of van- dalism including the setting of fire. Serious e:cposure hazards exist on both the east and west sides should a fire occur. This building is aged and has deteriorated and become dilapidated to the point that reasonable re- rair is not possible. NOW, THEREFORE YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO demolish the building, removing all combustible materials and debris to be conpleted not later than August 31 , 1975 . YOU ARE FURTHER HEREBY NOTIFIED that this order is made pur- suant to Ordiance No . 310-79 of the City of Everett, which or- dinance is on file with the Clerk of the City of Everett and open for your inspection, and should you desire to appeal from said order the method o£ ' appeal is set forth therein.
