The School District has elected to build this structure <br /> beMreen the existing buildings on the south side of Everett Avenue between McDougal Avenue and <br /> Rainier Avenue. The District would like to remove the existing buildings on the properly within the next <br /> few weeks as they are in very poor condition and are a hazard to the surtounding buiidings in the area. It <br /> is anticipated that the new building will be ready for bid in late summer. The Maintenance Building Annex <br /> located on Rainier Avenue will be demolished under the building conshuction contraCt. <br /> There is 3,987 square feet of impervious area on the present site where the buildings are located, and we <br /> would like confirmation from the City thet if we remove the existing buildings and pavements on this <br /> property we would be able to take into account the area of the existing impervious surfaces in our design <br /> of the new project even though we r�moved them prior to construction of the buildings. <br /> if this is acceptable with the Cily, please advise this offlce by separate letter or sign and retum a copy of <br /> this letter indicating the City's agreement so we can proceed in removing these old hazardous buildfngs <br /> now rather than waiting until lhe actual construclion of the new bulldings. <br /> Please call if you have any questions or need any additional information. �a/y <br /> �,(�: ZZ�L-�'ug'"c/fh►�c. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> KLAPPENBA H AR ITECTS 4��3 v f <br /> Dale A.
