The <br /> property is now zoned C-1 (General Commercial ) . <br /> I am enclosing three copies of a Schematic Exhibit Map of the subject ' <br /> property illustrating Mr. Dayton's proposal for convertiny the exist- <br /> ing grass-covered frontage along Rainier Avenue into diagonal parking. <br /> There is no opportunity to achieve off-street parking on this site due <br /> to the existing buildings' "footprint". <br /> While Mr. D3yton does not have a specific tenant or use for the exist- <br /> ing building, it is likely that the future use �aill be "warehouse and <br /> storage buildings" per City of Everett Code 19.40.020.
