Co. ,
2339 - llth Avenue East,
Seattle, Washington 98102
Dear Ken:
In reference to your property at 2221 Everett Avenue, Everett,
Washington, and our exclusive listing to lease this property,
please note the following:
During the past four (4) months we have shown the roperty
many times to numerous potential clients with the same
general complaint - lack of parking. While there appears
to be fair "on street" parking on Rainier Avenue, it simply
is not adeguate to serve a tenant or tenants occupying a
10, 000 + square foot building.
It is our opinion then, that you work through the City, (see
below) to convert your grass parkina strip bc:dering the
Rainier Street side of your property, to regular diagonal
parking. It is the City' s suggestion that you:
1. Provide a letter of explanation to the City as to
exactly what you want; and why you want it to justify
the conversion.
2. A set of plans to this effect.
3. Confirmation from you that you are willing and able
to pay for the project at no cost to the City.
We feel that providing adequate parking, general clean-up and
paintinq, as you suggested, should be of great assistance to
the lease-up of your building to good solid tenants.
Also. it has been brought to my attention that you ahould
check the West wall of the building, in that, the wall itself
is separating from the roof. You an see spse between the
wall and the roof and could be unsafe.
EVERE7T OFFICE — 27'l Wetmore A'c., EveretL WA 98201 (306) 258-3d1 I
