Exit signage will be required on the second <br /> floor through the unoccupied space to the north exit stair. In addition the <br /> exit doors must have a lock or latch thar. requires no key, no special <br /> knowledge or effort openable from the exit side. <br /> The maximum posted occupant loads shall be as follows: <br /> � �� lst floor lobby: 7 accupants maximum <br /> ��� lst floor dance studio: 27 occupants maximum <br /> lst floor dressing: 5 occupants maximum <br /> 2nd floor dance studio; 27 occupants maximum <br /> The above maximum occupant loads are intended to prevent the use of this space <br /> for performances which would change the occupancy (use) of the building and <br /> which would require additional exits. <br /> I apologize for any inconvenienca thase additional requirements may cause you, <br /> but in the interest of protecting the public from possible hazards I feel <br /> these requirements serve an important purpose. <br /> Sincere � <br /> J r .
