ADDENDUM TO � FINAL MITIGATED _ DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE SEPA#01-033 MAINTENANCE FACILITY Everett School District January 16, 2002 Description of Original Proposal: The proposed action is the issuance of Public Works and Building Permits for the demolition of existing one and two- story apartment buildings, an existing maintenance building and parking areas. Proposed construction includes two (2) new buildings which will house maintenance department administrative offices and a vehicle service area. The main building will be located on the no�th side of Everett Avenue between McDougall and Rainier Avenues. The main building will house the maintenance department administrative offices, HVAC temperature control department, a low voltage electrical room (clock, fire alarm, etc.) a fire extinguisher recharging room, staff lunch room, carpentry shop, glass shop, plumbing HVAC work and storage room, paint booth, vehicle storage area and an interim loading area. The second building will house a vehicle service area, a parts storage and work room for large sheet metal and metal fabrication. The remaining area behind the vehicle � service area is for staff parking and a service yard for District maintenance equipment. ADDENDUM The Applicant has acquired additional property on the corner of Everett Avenue and Rainier Avenue, which is commonly known as the Casbah Tavern. This property has been incorporated into the project site and the appiicant has submitted a Revised Site Plan and SEPA Environmental Checklist which reflects minor increases in the square footage of the maintenance facility buildings. There will be no increase in the number of on-site parking stalls. Please see the Site Plans dated 5/18/01 and 12/14101 for the original and revised building square footages for the Maintenance Facilities Buildings.
