ADDENDUM TO <br /> � FINAL MITIGATED _ <br /> DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br /> SEPA#01-033 <br /> MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> Everett School District <br /> January 16, 2002 <br /> Description of Original Proposal: The proposed action is the issuance of Public <br /> Works and Building Permits for the demolition of existing one and two- story apartment <br /> buildings, an existing maintenance building and parking areas. Proposed construction <br /> includes two (2) new buildings which will house maintenance department administrative <br /> offices and a vehicle service area. The main building will be located on the no�th side of <br /> Everett Avenue between McDougall and Rainier Avenues. The main building will house <br /> the maintenance department administrative offices, HVAC temperature control <br /> department, a low voltage electrical room (clock, fire alarm, etc.) a fire extinguisher <br /> recharging room, staff lunch room, carpentry shop, glass shop, plumbing HVAC work <br /> and storage room, paint booth, vehicle storage area and an interim loading area. <br /> The second building will house a vehicle service area, a parts storage and work room <br /> for large sheet metal and metal fabrication. The remaining area behind the vehicle <br /> � service area is for staff parking and a service yard for District maintenance equipment. <br /> ADDENDUM <br /> The Applicant has acquired additional property on the corner of Everett Avenue <br /> and Rainier Avenue, which is commonly known as the Casbah Tavern. This <br /> property has been incorporated into the project site and the appiicant has <br /> submitted a Revised Site Plan and SEPA Environmental Checklist which reflects <br /> minor increases in the square footage of the maintenance facility buildings. <br /> There will be no increase in the number of on-site parking stalls.
