Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated othenvise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drewings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The drawings submitted on N1ay 18, 2012 do not clearly define the scope of the work <br /> being done and how it meets lhe requirements of the building code. The dra�vings are <br /> required to illustrate how all portions of the proposed work will be construded. The <br /> construction drawings need to be stand-alone documents. In o[her words, you have to <br /> be able to construct the entire projed from the irformation contained in the drawing <br /> set. <br /> 2. The plans show the exterior stairs at a height of 15' 9" (rom the grade to the landing at <br /> the second Floor. With a maximum riser height of 73/�", it would take 25 risers to climb <br /> lo the second Floor, the plans call out ll risers. All plans submitted shall be drawn to <br /> scale. <br /> 3. "Specify all post/beam and all post/footinq connections."
