Detailed drawings in accordance with city design and construcdon Standards <br /> shall be submitted to the Public Works Depattment showing site parking layout, <br /> landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construcdon erosion wntrol <br /> and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of tliese drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before <br /> the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. Broken frontage sidewalk on Everett Avenue and Baker Avenue must be <br /> replaced as shown on site plan submitted. <br /> 3. Relocate or revise pipe materials for any underground piping within the foot <br /> print of the new addition. <br /> 4. Compliance with the State of Washington Building Code �s required. <br /> 5.
