The Everett School District has commented that the project will <br /> � � adversely impact the School District (see attached letter) . Ornamental landscaping shall be provided alonq the north <br /> side of the building in the front yard setback area. <br /> 1 � Plantings must include trees and/or tall shrubs, as well as <br /> groundcover. <br /> � �^r <br /> �� b. Street trees must be provided on Everett Avenue, with <br /> � species approved by the Parks Department. Street trees must <br /> i be planted at 20 feet on center. <br /> � �b <br /> I `r c.
