<br /> l. Conatruction shall be underway by March 31, 1981, and completed by A

<br /> 2. Landscaping must be in conformance with the landscaping plan �
<br /> presented by the applicant and every effort is to be made to pre- _
<br /> serve existiny evergreen trees on site. N

<br /> development; increase in traffic congestion, an increase in overall �
<br /> ground coverage of structures or a reduction in off-street parking, ^'
