The changes tahich were due to funding orob- <br /> lems include the elimination of a parking tower, decease in size of the <br /> structm-- itself and the elimination of the gymnasium. <br /> The proposal now is to allow construction of a 35, 000 sc7uare foot church o <br /> which will accommodate 1, 200 people. This facility would include a -� <br /> Fellot�ship Hall, classrooms artd a sanctuary in an R-9 multi-family n <br /> higfi density area. �• <br /> � . Councilman Aldcroft asked about the Planning Commission's condition n6 � � <br /> regardi�ng the payment of a sewer interceptor fee and Mr. Ervine replied � -i <br /> ' that the actual fee has not deen determined but could be approximately o m <br /> $2, 000. Councilman Langus asked if there was an alternative to n8 and Gerry <br /> Ervine replied that an overlay was possible but was unsure as to .what <br /> was uader the streets, _sec,�er lines, etc. <br /> Councilman Aldcroft suggested that those who made this decision. should <br /> address the alternatives and .ir.
